Shipping Charges

  • Any additional charges collected by the courier company are beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations.

  • Availability of COD depends on courier serviceability in your area.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-delivery may be attempted as per courier policy.

  • In such cases, additional charges (if any) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Package During Transit

  • If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record a clear unboxing video before opening it.

  • Any damage issues must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with video proof.
