Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.

  • Size exchange and style exchange are available, subject to stock availability.

  • All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To ensure a smooth and fair resolution, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Please ensure:

  • The video starts before opening the package

  • The entire unboxing process is clearly visible

  • The video has no cuts, pauses, or edits

We maintain packing proof from our end as well. This process helps both the customer and us resolve concerns quickly and transparently.

⚠️ Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Condition of Product (Very Important)

For any exchange request:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be intact and attached

  • If tags are removed or the product shows signs of use, washing, stains, damage, or alteration, the exchange request will not be accepted


Return Process (Please Read Carefully)

  • If a return is approved, the customer is required to ship the product back at their own cost after coordinating with our customer support team.

  • Once the product is dispatched by the customer, please share the shipping details or tracking ID with us.

  • As soon as the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed.

👉 Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the returned product, provided it passes the quality check.


When Can You Request a Return?

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

The final decision for refund or replacement will be based on the issue verification and inspection after receiving the product.


Exchange Policy

  • Size and style exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Exchange requests are approved only after a successful quality inspection


Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to wear, washing, or improper handling are not eligible

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are normal

  • Limited edition or special drop products may not be eligible for return unless damaged
